Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€). For customers within the European Union, prices include the applicable Portuguese VAT. For customers outside the EU, prices exclude VAT, and local customs duties may apply upon delivery.
Warranty
We take pride in our circuit designs and build quality. All Utopia Effects pedals carry a strictly non-transferable 3-year warranty (in compliance with EU law) covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, wrong power supply (always check voltage and polarity), liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, consumers resident in the EU can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
