RETURN TERMS
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your tone. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your pedal, without providing any reason.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a full refund, the pedal must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. It must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Please do not apply velcro to the backplate of your pedal, or any other unit if you intend to return it. Items showing signs of use, scratches, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 days.
